Congrats to Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin...She's on the cover of Newsweek magazine titled "Women & Power"...Mayor Franklin is Atlanta's 1st female Mayor. I wonder if the Mayor has a long lost twin?...Since Kelis is "Bossy" she can be Mayor Franklin's stand in when she calls in sick.
