The winner is...Heather Thompson which he announced on Oprah's show. Heather Thompson is a lawyer...but I hope she knows she is going to be lacking some sleep and working some long hours fetching cheesecake for P.Diddy.
P.Diddy had a few episodes on You Tube looking for his "personal assistant"...he describes Heather's qualities...
"It was just a passion, it was the way she articulated herself," the 38-year-old hip-hop mogul explained of why he picked Thompson. "I think [she] understood what the job entailed. She had a background that was stellar. It was just the way she came across."
