Girl, watch your step in those shoes!! Can't afford to break a heel in one of those cracks. LOL 
I wonder if Rihanna has at least 21 pair like Oprah does? Um, probably Not!! But if she owns 1 pair that's good because they cost at least $800. I don't see nothing special about them, maybe the leather is soft...anyway, the red heel stands out.

Payless shoe store might just have a replica of them, you know how they do it. Take the higher brand and make a lesser version. LOL
