Ike Turner...

Ike Turner passed away this week in his California home outside of San Diego.
Tina Turner's publists released this statement concerning the death of Tina's ex-husband..

"Tina is aware that Ike passed away earlier today. She has not had any contact with him in 35 years. No further comment will be made."

Oh well, enough said..."What's love go to do with it" movie is on my Christmas wish list.

Although, it's been said that Ike didn't like Fishburn's acting in it because it wasn't like him.

Kanye will be tying the knot soon...

Kanye and his fiance, Alexis Phifer plan to get married after the holidays...You never know with Kanye, I can see him flying in the church looking like Evel Knievel. LOL His mother, Dr. West was very fond of Alexis and will be so proud of him.

Rihanna has 4 nominations and Beyonce just did get 1 nomination. Truth be told, Beyonce does need to let someone else get their shine on...LOL

Rihanna had a good year but I hope that she doesn't take home "Album of the Year" because "Umbrella" isn't all of that and a bag of chips.

Ashanti was spotted out performing in New York. I am so not looking forward to her new album...I had enough of Baby, baby, baby song and that was on her first cd. Also, have you noticed that she loves to say "it's bananas" and she ends everything with that funny giggle of hers...LOL

The folks over there at TMZ is reporting that rapper, Pimp C has departed this life.
According, to the media outlet, he was found dead in a Hollywood hotel room. He was 33.

Sean Taylor, 1983-2007 in memory of...

This is so sad to hear that he died at the young age of 24, as a result of a gun shot in the leg. Sean Taylor's daughter is so adorable, I know she will cherish this picture of her daddy in the years to come.

Dr. Donda West voicemail message...For Sale?

Dr. Donda West's hairstylist released the telephone conversation that she had with her...the hairdresser is trying to put Dr. Donda West business out there...she was recorded while making an appointment to get her hair braided. Donda mentioned to the hairdresser that she was going to get some things done by surgery and wanted some corn rows.

Why in the world did her stylist tape this!? Folks will do anything for $...how expensive it is to go to the salon, she could have just made money doing lace front wigs, weaves or perms...but that wasn't enough..she sold the voice mail.

Also, whatever happened to the recordings that notify the caller that "this is a taped conservation"...the hair dresser is a mess!
I see why on Dr. Donda West's obituary they made a note to let folks know that video taping, recording and photos is prohibited and also please do not ask to leave your demo with Kanye, or ask any artists for their autograph, or photos etc.

Shame on that hairstylist!

He and his wife, Tameka welcomed their bouncing baby boy, Usher Raymond V, on Monday Nov. 26th. He weighed in at a hefty 7lbs and 9ozs.

This is Usher's first child and I don't know how many this makes for Tameka? I guess put it this way, she has been through tons of pampers and a few hundreds before. LOL

Kanye's house on the market....It has been reported that Kanye has listed his Beverly Hills home on Realtor.com with an selling price of $8,699,000.

The house was built in 1921, has 6 bedrooms, 4baths and a detachable garage. It is described as a "tear down" house in need of some serious renovations but is selling so high because of the location, land value and "park like" setting.

I know Kanye was probably in his right mind when he purchased the home for 7million because I think it does have "potential" and can be a jewel for a California property...I know his soon to be wife, Alexis who is a stylist probably could hook up the inside but the outside need some curb appeal. LOL
